Many thanks to the anonymous someone (or "some-puter") who/that hacked my aol account and dispatched a bunch of spam to everyone on my aol address book. This has prompted me to begin using john@johngoldsmith.com as a legit email address just to impress people who see I have my own web site. Those "people" being very easily impressed. They, it goes without saying, are completely disillusioned upon actually visiting this sorry site but...so few do that my cover is rarely blown.
I have a blog page which I rarely blog on because all indicators point to the fact that nobody cares. I don't mind. Well, I cry myself to sleep sometimes but I really don't think the lack of interest in my blog is the reason. I mean, it's called a BLOG. Just how attractive can anything be that's called a BLOG?
I actually still have one of those coffee cups. But the neat camera shown in the picture is gone because it was more camera than could handle. I have something smaller and more old man-like now.
Otherwise, I used to have both feet firmly planted in Florida. Then I had one foot in Florida and one in Colorado...the home of my soul. I have now put more weight on the Colorado foot and as of August, it became my legal domicile. Jan and my other foot remain planted in the sandy, soggy soil of Naples, FL.
As for putting old "Cap Ed stories on this site... somebody ought to tell me they care and get me off my butt. I have already started transferring my favorites to hard drives for perpetual storage so someone in year 2513 can NOT view them....but what the Hell. Suggest a story. I'll try to find it.
